Starting as a software development apprentice in 2011, Nqobile has navigated a diverse career path, from system administration to managing teams in architecture, development, and QA. Now the Managing Director, Nqobile is known for his expertise in technical delivery and for solving complex challenges, particularly in enterprise architecture. With a proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale applications, Nqobile has collaborated with some of the largest government departments, including the DWP, Home Office, and HMRC.

Technical Operations Lead
Joining the company 9 years ago as a DevOps engineer, Ed has since risen to become the Tech Ops Lead, now managing a team of DevOps engineers. Ed’s AWS is unparalleled, overseeing the management of over 50 services. With a Terraform certification, he ensure that the team delivers high-quality, secure, and performant hosting services. Their leadership has been instrumental in upholding the company’s reputation for secure and efficient infrastructure management, ensuring that systems run optimally at scale.
Shona McClarence
QA Automation Lead
With 7 years at the company, Shona McClarence’s journey began as a QA apprentice, quickly demonstrating an aptitude for automation. Rising to the position of QA Automation Lead, Shona has successfully built and managed a high-performing team of four, including two apprentices she personally mentored. Shona’s leadership is marked by a strong commitment to developing test strategies and suites that set the standard for quality. Under Shona’s guidance, the QA team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless and reliable delivery, with quality as a top priority.
Max Lovric
Software Development Lead
After 9 years with the company, Max has transitioned from being a talented Senior Drupal developer to the role of Software Development Lead. Max’s technical expertise now extends across JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js. Known for his deep knowledge of JavaScript architecture, Max leads a diverse team that spans web development, AI, and automation. Max has also nurtured two apprentices, demonstrating his commitment to building future talent. Max’s team specialises in crafting innovative, automated solutions for web development and AI-driven applications.
John Morahan
Lead Architect
Since joining the company in 2004, John has been a cornerstone in shaping its technical direction. With an exceptional eye for detail and a security-first approach, he specialises in designing large-scale enterprise architecture that balances scalability and security. As a key contributor to the Drupal security team, John brings a wealth of knowledge across Drupal, JavaScript, and AWS architecture. John’s extensive experience and dedication to secure and robust systems have been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the business.
