How long will you keep my personal data?

In accordance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, we will not keep your personal data for any purpose longer than necessary to fulfil the original purpose.

If you are a customer, we will keep your personal data for the length of any contractual relationship you have with us and after that for a period of up to 7 years.

In addition to this;

If you choose to opt-out we will remove all personal data we hold relating to you, which you registered with us, within one calendar month of receiving the request. Provided there is no legitimate business reason for us to retain this data.

Where is my data stored?

The personal data that we collect from you will be stored securely on our servers in the UK. This is outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and is processed by staff outside of the EEA.
