Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) required a modern, accessible and robust website, to accelerate their digital transformation, and provide easy access to information, optimising user experience.
EBC were experiencing a number of challenges with their website. Frequent downtime, poor performance and slow load times, unreliability and problems with inaccessible content were all impacting on the user experience for the council’s residents. Mobile device users also reported finding the website difficult to navigate and often unresponsive due to design and functionality issues.

Partnering with UX specialists Invuse, Invdev designed, built, and developed a new LocalGov Drupal (LGD) website for Elmbridge Borough Council. The new website resolves all of EBC’s digital challenges by operating with optimal performance, loading content more swiftly, and providing a fully responsive user experience regardless of the device being used.
